Electronic inbox
                    Motions, applications or complaints can be submitted in the form of an electronic document by means
                    of Electronic Inbox (Elektroniczna Skrzynka Podawcza) with the use of dedicated forms available
                        on the platforms ePUAP2 and biznes.gov.pl. These platforms generate an official
                    acknowledgment of receipt of electronic documents, in accordance with the binding legal provisions.

            Other forms of communication
                    Regardless of the introduced communication channel through the inbox, the persons
                    who do not have the means to make a qualified electronic signature or electronic
                    signature confirmed via ePUAP trusted profile, can make use of e-mail -
                    kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl. However, this does not include documents that must be
                    signed with a qualified signature, i.e., among others, notifications regarding the DPO,
                    which - as a rule - must be sent via ePUAP or the business.gov.pl website
                    (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/502/2248;
                    https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/502/2249). Thus, the
                    controller/processor may exceptionally use the provided email address
                    kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl to notify the appointment/revocation/change of the DPO
                    (deputy DPO) data, but the sent notification must bear a qualified electronic signature
                    or a signature confirmed by the ePUAP trusted profile.
                    
The above address does not serve as a channel to submit any applications (including complaints regarding data breaches) in terms laid down in the Code of Administrative Procedure. Any applications being put forward should meet the requirements as outlined in the Art. 63 of the above Code, i.e. can be submitted i.a. by electronic communication means through the electronic inbox of the authority. The Personal Data Protection Office does not issue official acknowledgment of receipt for applications sent by e-mail.
