“Personal Data Protection Office on tour across the country”: Lublin, Ćmińsk and Kielce on the route

Three locations, two days and one initiative: “PL SA on tour across the country”. Over two days in November, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and its staff will meet with local residents, students, entrepreneurs, Data Protection Officers, local government representatives and other officials from the Lublin and Świętokrzyskie Voivodeships. The main topics of the meetings will be the use of children's images on social media and protection against cyber threats.

The aim of the “PL SA on tour across the country” initiative is to raise awareness among residents, entrepreneurs and local authorities of issues related to personal data protection, help prevent cyber threats and provide practical support in these areas.

“Personal Data Protection Office does not have any regional offices, yet issues relating to personal data protection, and problems associated with these matters, arise wherever people are,” said Mirosław Wróblewski, President of the Personal Data Protection Office, at the launch of the initiative. Since September 2024, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and the Office's experts have visited several dozen cities and towns as part of the campaign. Now it is time for more.
