The Data Governance Act (DGA) is a key element of the 'European strategy for data'. Its aim is to increase the availability of data and facilitate its re-use, while ensuring a high level of trust and protection of personal data and trade secrets. DGA refers to various issues, combining information law, including data openness with the subject of personal data and intellectual property rights, legally protected secrets and the issue of providing data intermediation services, as well as data altruism.

The conference will be an opportunity for an in-depth discussion on all these issues and the current state of implementation of the DGA in the Polish legal system.
