We remind you that in July the Personal Data Protection Office changes its seat

From July 2025, the Personal Data Protection Office will be located at ul. Moniuszko 1A in Warsaw.

For only two more weeks, the Personal Data Protection Office will be located at its current seat at ul. Stawki 2. From July, the Personal Data Protection Office will move to its new seat at ul. Moniuszko 1A in Warsaw. At this address there will be office spaces and a chancellery of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The change of headquarters is due to the need to move out of the existing building, as it is to be demolished, and in its place the investor plans to build a new facility.

The move is planned in such a way that it will not cause interruptions in the functioning of the Office.

From July 2025, please send your correspondence to the new address: Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Moniuszko 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland.

All telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the Personal Data Protection Office remain unchanged.

Data controllers are encouraged to read the notice regarding the inclusion of the address of the supervisory authority in the information clauses.
